Star Wars Vehicle Maintenance Energizer

The strangest asset in the SW saga must be this? Close at least. I don’t know what it is. It was named “Vehicle Maintenance Energizer” by Kenner Toys back in the day, but their version looks much different than the one in the ANH. Wasn’t able to find any good references and had to guess a lot!
